NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 18, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-1890 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RONALD LEVICK, DECEASED; LARK ELYSEE MUNTZ; JOSHUA V. LEVICK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on July 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 3A. OYSTER BAY UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
