Final Judgment was awarded on June 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-000131 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT F. VENTOLA; ELIZABETH A. VENTOLA; LAWRENCE P. GAVIN; LOURENE V. GALVIN A/K/A RENE GALVIN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARCH, INC.; CLERMONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 are Defendants.

Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash LOBBY THIRD FLOOR OF COURTHOUSE ANNEX, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT O-202, CLERMONT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2166, PAGE 1013, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
