NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in 11-2009-CA-001769 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and DENNIS WOLFE A/K/A DENNIS PATRICK WOLFE; ROBERTA WOLFE A/K/A ROBERTA JANE WOLFE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MICHEAL WOLFE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 216, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 1 TO 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
