NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001266 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A., As Trustee, On Behalf Of The Holders Of The Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust II, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-2196 , is the Plaintiff and Greta A. Hughes, John S. Hughes a/k/a John Hughes, Timberwood of Naples Association, Inc, f/k/a Timberwoods of Naples Association, Inc., , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
