NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in 11-2009-CA-009058 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC.,. is the Plaintiff and TOBIAS BRITO; JUAN CARLOS BRITO; MORTGAGE ELECTRIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on July 17,2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 14, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 & 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
