NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012CA005383 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Forest Creek Community Association, Inc.; Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida; Michelle R. Kelly; Manatee County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; Unknown Tenants; Citibank, N.A. ; Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 305, LESS THE NORTH 9.00 FEET AND LOT 306, LESS SOUTH 8 FEET, FOREST CREEK PHASES I AND IIA, ACCORDINGTO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 119 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
