NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 3rd day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA002980, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOSEPH T. CHABAK; CHARLENE CHABAK; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, OF MAR-LEE ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
