NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 002761 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CPHF TRUST I is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE UCBEBOR A/K/A SYLVIA H. UCBEBOR; ANDREW A. UCBEBOR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6 OF TROPICAL SHORES SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
