Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 24, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, MANATEE OAKS 3 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 186 TO 191, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 24, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
