BEGIN AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 7, BLOCK 15, PALMA SOLA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 122 AND 123 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, 28 FEET SOUTH OF THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, THENCE EAST 190.8 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7, 26 FEET SOUTH OF NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 7 AND 8 SAID BLOCK 15, TO A POINT 34 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 15; THENCE WESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 8, 38 FEET SOUTHERLY OF THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOTS 8 AND 7 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
