NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009328 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Banc of America Mortgage 2007-1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, CYNTHIA JOYCE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 24th day of July, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 228, RIVER PLANTATION PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
