Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 18, 2013 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 4, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE, FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 56 AND 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 25, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
