NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003248 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and RONALD D. MAUGHERMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the intersection of the centerline of (vacated) 9th Street and the extended North boundary of Lot 2 of Block 8 of South Braden Castle Camp as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 144, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; run thence West along the North boundary of said Block 8 and said boundary extended 110 feet more or less to the centerline of (vacated) 8th street; run thence South along the centerline of vacated 8th Street 80 feet more or less to the extended South boundary of Lot 3 of said Block; run thence East along the South boundary of Lots 3 and 4 of said Block extended 110 feet more or less to the centerline of vacated 9th street; run thence North along the centerline of (vacated) 9th Street 80 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
