Trahan are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT K-26, BUILDING “K”, THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 630, PAGES 560 THROUGH 573, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, AND AS PER AMENDED PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 117 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, AND NOW KNOWN AS THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE RESTATED AND AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1508, PAGES 6261 THROUGH 6279, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
