NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about April 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA004321AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5 Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Greenbrook Village Association, Inc., Tat Yi Cheung, Unknown Spouse of Tat Yi Cheung, Unknown Tenant n/k/a Sean Malley, Unknown Tenant n/k/a Val Malley, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
