NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about April 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA005741AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, successor by merger to World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Lori M. Pelzer, Tenant #1 n/k/a Walter Mathis, Tenant #2 n/k/a Patricia Mathis, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
