NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 16, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2453, 49TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 1, 1A THROUGH 1TT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 23rd day of July, 2014 at 9:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
