NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-006769 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and GREGG MICHAEL DUNCAN; KELLY DUNCAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 115 LAKE SARASOTA UNIT 2, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
