NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012419-NC, Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 1 LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AQ2, and KENNETH E. BLACK AND LINDA M. BLACK are the Defendants, I, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of August, 2014, the following described Real Property and Personal Property owned by Defendants, as set forth in the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 3, HOMEDALE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 18, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
A/K/A: 960 Home Place, Sarasota, FL 34232
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
