Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLISS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5031 Circled Oak Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34233, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on October 17, 2014, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
