RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007511 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSETS SECURITIES CORPORATION, 2004-GEL3, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS C. GAITHER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 28, Block 265, 1st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 29, 29A through 29J, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
