Saums and Kathleen Saums, husband and wife, of record of Deed Book 223, at Page 509, thence East 75 feet parallel with the West line of said tract to South line of said tract; thence West on South line of said tract 75 feet to Southwest corner of said tract; thence 125 feet North to the Point of Beginning, all in Government Lot 1, Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida.
