Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012 CC 005166 NC, in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 201, BARRINGTON WOODS, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1449, Pages 1285 to 1333, inclusive, as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Page 17 as amended in Condominium Book 19, Page 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. SUBJECT TO ALL VALID RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on July 25, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
