NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050613 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-AR9, is the Plaintiff and Denise M. Vaters also known as Denise Vaters, Glenn E. Vaters also known as Glenn Vaters, American Express Bank, FSB, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
