Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 38, UNIT 7, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
