NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 14, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-052139 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R7 is the Plaintiff and WENDY PAYTON-ENRIQUEZ A/K/A WENDY ENRIQUEZ; RAFAEL ENRIQUEZ; GLADIOLUS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). AM, on July 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, GLADIOLUS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 58 THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
