Myers, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY P. Iehle a/k/a Dorothy Pauline Iehle, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees,settlers and beneficiaries of The Dorothy P. Iehle Revocable Trust Dated July 12, 2007 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of July, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 64, LAKE SAN CARLOS, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, at page(s) 69 and 70, in the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
