NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008913, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEAMS ALT-A TRUST 2004-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11, is Plaintiff and YASMANY SAME; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YASMANY SAME; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, DANA SHORES, UNIT NUMBER 3 , SECTION A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
