Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-nc3,asset Backed Pass-through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Joel Gonzalez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
