Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 24, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 3, NORTH VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTH 89° 10'02” WEST 113.60 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE EAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 7304.25 FEET, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE RUN (A RADIAL TO SAID CURVE BEARS SOUTH 88° 34'11” WEST); THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE TO A POINT ON SAID CURVE, A DISTANCE OF 44.00 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00° 20' 42”, (A RADIAL TO SAID POINT BEARS SOUTH 88° 54' 53” WEST); THENCE NON-TANGENT FROM SAID CURVE NORTH 89° 10' 02” EAST, 113.93 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00° 49'58” EAST, 44.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 13906 BARDMOOR PL, TAMPA, FL 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 14, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
