Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 27, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 7603, BUILDING NO. 1200, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
