NOTICE is given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of April, 2014 in Civil Action No. 13-CA-13517 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which THE FRANKLIN OFFICE, LLC, LAW OFFICES OF JOHANNE VALOIS, P.A., MARK C. PAYNE, P.A., JOHANNE VALOIS-SHOFFSTALL, a/k/a JOHANNE VALOIS-SCHOFFSTALL, MARK C. PAYNE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and 514 FRANKLIN STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants and SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 2, 2014, in which in which THE FRANKLIN OFFICE, LLC, LAW OFFICES OF JOHANNE VALOIS, P.A., MARK C. PAYNE, P.A., JOHANNE VALOIS-SHOFFSTALL, a/k/a JOHANNE VALOIS-SCHOFFSTALL, MARK C. PAYNE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and 514 FRANKLIN STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, and FDTP, LLC, as assignee from SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash sale at the foreclosure sale to be held online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031(10), Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of July, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 205, 514 FRANKLIN STREET, A CONDOMINIUM according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 283, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 17402, Page 1257, and any and all amendments attaching thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
