NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002282, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY HAMILTON A/K/A JEFF HAMILTON; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; KAREN GARELLI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “M” UNIT NO 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
