NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-028569 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and THOMAS E. OVERSTREET JR., THOMAS E. OVERSTREET JR. , THOMAS OVERSTREET SR., DOROTHY OVERSTREET, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, INTEREST OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN OVERSTREET IF ANY; JEAN OVERSTREET, JANE DOEN/K/A BEATRICE AVELLA, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 9 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, according to the plat of Keystone Park Colony, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 55 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
