NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 15th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 4 of DEVANE ACRES SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; also and together with that portion of Lot 3, of said DEVANE ACREA SUBDIVISION, more particulary described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 for a Point of Beginning, thence run North 00 degrees, 01 minutes, 19 seconds East, a distance of 41.91 feet, thence run South 89 degrees, 57 minutes, 41 seconds East a distance of 37.48 feet, thence run South 27 degrees, 39 minutes, 41 seconds East, a distance of 70.78 feet to the South boundary of said Lot 3, thence run North 73 degrees, 32 minutes, 00 seconds West, along said South boundary a distance of 73.36 feet to said Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
