NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013147 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Canterbury Village Homeowners Association, Inc., Carole Murphy Fago, David C. Fago Jr., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation,The Eagles Master Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
