NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about May 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-015676 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Covina at Bay Park Homeowner's Association, Inc., Glenn Nickens, Heather Ibrahim, as Trustee of the Ibrahim Family Trust Agreement dated October 20, 2010, Sherif Ibrahim, as Trustee of the Ibrahim Family Trust Agreement dated October 20, 2010, Tenant #1 nka Jane Doe, Tenant #2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
