NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005010, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS CLAIMING INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DON A. RING, DECEASED; SHARON RING; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; COTTAGES AT MEADOWBROOKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANGELA SZUKALSKI; PATRICK RING, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66 IN BLOCK “A” OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1. TRACT 7, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
