NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-004129 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2, is Plaintiff, and ERIC J. HARTZELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 'G', TWIN BRANCH ACRES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
