NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-013671 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and Ronit Dayan; Unknown Spouse of Ronit Dayan, if any; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other Claimants; Grand Key Condominium Association, Inc.; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1301 OF GRAND KEY, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM A/K/A GRAND KEY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15002, AT PAGE(S) 458-553, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19 AT PAGE 291, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
