RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-011748 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TAMARA CARCARY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOTS 127 AND 128, WILMA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
