NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-029298, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEVE CARMACK A/K/A STEVE D. CARMACK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, DEL RIO TOWNHOUSES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
