NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001406 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Darryl L. Petters, Spinnaker Cove Condominium Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Darryl L. Petters, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
