NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007130 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, Plaintiff, and, ANDREA K. JOHNSON, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 22nd day of July, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 6 OF HICKORY HILL SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
