NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-002778 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CLARK PARTNERS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and LAURIE E. PAIGE, and CHARLES M. PAIGE, are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel of land in the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida to wit: Begin at a point 33 north of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section 22, said beginning located on the north margin of the right of way of Victoria Avenue thence east 35 feet, thence north 150 feet, thence west 88 feet, thence south 150 feet, thence east 53 feet to point of beginning. The above property is located in the east 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
