A PORTION OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 61, TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT,2 BLOCK 61, THENCE WEST 60.0 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST A DISTANCE OF 73.80 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT2; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE STATED WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 68.0 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT2; THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 99.48 FEET TO A POINT 65.0 FEET NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 65.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 10007 N. 20TH STREET, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 29, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
