NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002513, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and MAURINE A. MULLADY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURINE A. MULLADY N/K/A DERRICK THOMAS; BAHIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 410, OF BAHIA LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE(S) 203 THROUGH 214, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
