NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-003057-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, National Association, as successor in interest to Countrywide Bank, National Association, Holly Frandeka also known as Holly A. Frandeka, Joseph J. Frandeka, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
