Lot 1 Block 22, Seminole Palms at Largo, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in plat book 126, page 84, of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James R. De Furio, Esquire of James R. De Furio, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 201 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 775, Tampa, Florida 33602-7800 either (a) within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
