NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-008350-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LINDA J. PATTERSON F/K/A LINDA SHIVER A/K/A LINDA J. SHIVER; JOSEPH ALEXANDER PATTERSON, IV, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK C, OAK LAKES HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 34 AND 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
